BUILDING
COLLEGE OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS
Campus wide site improvements and restoration including masonry, concrete, and precast work. The project also included parking lot and landscape replacement.
Naturalex was hired to perform additional restoration services to the historic stone façade, roof replacement, new interior storm drains, and interior renovations.
With extensive renovation and restoration experience, this is a well suited project for us. The project includes; ADA modifications, all new interior finishes.
Façade restoration that included concrete paver and masonry façade removal, waterproofing replacement, and replacement of concrete pavers and masonry façade.
Renovations for this 24,000 SF new office space was completed in a short 90 days. The project was a complete renovation of the 6th and 7th floors of Building.
